Children will reflect on the importance of performing acts of kindness for the Earth, hear a story about easy ways they can care for the Earth, and set goals to conserve more in their everyday lives.

In this activity, your child will use mindfulness to practice staying as still as they can. Then, during a freeze dance activity, they will pay attention to the constellation of sensations and feelings throughout parts of their bodies.
