In celebration of Earth Day, help your fifth grader write a poem from the Earth to its inhabitants.

Prove that the Earth is not flat. The objective of this science fair project is to measure the angle of the sun and calculate the circumference of the Earth.

Celebrate Earth Day by making a poster that encourages people not to litter.

The Earth is always providing in so many ways! In this activity, children reflect on how the Earth gives and on their love for the Earth through discussion and letter writing.

Children will reflect on the importance of performing acts of kindness for the Earth, hear a story about easy ways they can care for the Earth, and set goals to conserve more in their everyday lives.
