In this worksheet, children determine the order of events in a story about two friends who like to roller skate together in their neighborhood.

What happened first? Have your young reader find the beginning, middle, and end of this short story. Use the illustrations to help her picture the events.

Put the events of the story in sequential order from what happened first to what happened last. Then read the story to learn more about Rocky!

Story sequencing will allow third graders to improve their reading comprehension by putting the sequence of events in the correct order.
