In this writing activity, let your child reflect on the past and practice their writing skills and word usage as they create an "I Used to, Now I" poem.

This activity will inspire adults and kids alike to take time to explore the beauty in their community and discover the colors of fall while developing their descriptive and creative writing skills!

Parents can help their children at home by using a dialogue journal to model good writing.

Help your child compose an alphabet poem about the season, and have them practice letters while awakening their creative writing skills, too!

Inspire a love for the written word by creating an illustrated nature poetry book with your kids.

Help your child use recycled materials, a little imagination and some writing skills to build his very own recycled creature.
