In this social emotional learning activity, your child will create a goal board and practice setting one goal for an assignment or task and the steps they will need to achieve it.

Ensuring that what we say is truthful, helpful, inspiring, necessary, and kind takes practice! In this social emotional learning activity, your child will set a goal for themselves to THINK before they speak.

In this activity, children create rising foam as they reflect on the many ways they have grown over the past months and learn how a "beginner's mind" is helpful.

Children will practice mindfulness through a short guided practice, reflect on the practices that support peace, and then will build a "peace garden."

With school, home, and activities in between, life can sometimes feel chaotic to kids. Help your child learn how to stop and relax with handmade peace rocks.

Do you need to help your students chill out? This activity will help your students learn how to breathe deeply, self-soothe, and calm themselves down.

A great way to cultivate awareness, focus and attention in the present is through movement. Mindful movement can also decrease stress and anxiety and increase calm.
