This lesson combines students' knowledge of US geography and their creative writing skills in one fun activity!

Let your students show off what they've learned about time, money, and temperature with this lesson that combines all three in one word story.

Your young scientists will have tons of fun visiting measurement stations and using tools to measure various objects. They'll even be able to create posters at the end of the activity.

In this lesson, your students will measure the lengths of items and then make a line plot to show the measurement data. They will get hands-on by measuring and surveying the class.

Help your students learn the standard measures of length and foster critical thinking with this engaging lesson. Use alongside The Smaller They Come or as a stand-alone activity.
