Map Your Day!

This lesson will help your students summarize short stories and describe how characters respond to challenges using a story map. Use this lesson as a stand-alone activity or a support lesson for the Story Mapping Group Work lesson plan.

Map a Story

Make maps relevant for your class! With an introduction to basic map skills, students will discover the nuts and bolts of how maps are designed. They will even have the chance to map out relevant places like their school and neighborhood!
