In this lesson, students will learn about their superpower sense of listening and speaking by listening and responding to questions with kindness, attention, and mindfulness.

In this lesson, students will practice mindfulness and learn how our minds can be like a puppy. They will learn that we can use mindfulness to train our wandering minds by bringing our thoughts back to our bodies, breathing, or sounds.

In this lesson, students will learn how to practice peace when they feel hurt or have a disagreement. These steps can be followed whenever conflict arises in the classroom.
