Children will reflect on the importance of performing acts of kindness for the Earth, hear a story about easy ways they can care for the Earth, and set goals to conserve more in their everyday lives.

In this activity, your child will explore the differences between facts and opinions. Together, you will go on a scavenger hunt in your home and play the role of detectives in search of facts.

Children reflect on ways they have cared for themselves, others, and the Earth before building a garden to share beauty with others in their community.

In this fun activity, your child will learn the difference between facts and opinions. They will design cards for a matching game that they create and play!

A great way to cultivate awareness, focus and attention in the present is through movement. Mindful movement can also decrease stress and anxiety and increase calm.
